Product Description
This product is fully synthetic, does not contain mineral oil, and is mainly used for grinding ferrous metals. It is blended with special processes such as anti-rust agents, settling agents, environmentally friendly lubricants and various additives. Biostable formula with excellent settling and rust resistance. It does not contain harmful ingredients such as nitrites and phenols, and performs well in both hard and soft water.
Applications
It is suitable for rough/finish grinding, turning, milling and other processing methods of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron and other ferrous metal materials. Can be used in stand-alone and central cooling systems.

The above usage concentrations are recommended usage concentrations and should be adjusted appropriately according to actual process requirements.
Precautions for use
- When using it for the first time, the water tank and pipes of the equipment must be cleaned before adding new liquid;
- Use clean tap water to prepare the solution. Do not let other chemicals contaminate the working fluid, otherwise it may affect the use effect of the product;
- Regularly skimming off the floating dirt on the surface of the cutting fluid and adding new fluid can help extend the service life of the working fluid and ensure the processing effect;
- When replenishing new working fluid, the water and original solution must be fully stirred evenly before adding to the water tank;
- Regularly use a refractometer to detect the concentration of the working fluid. If the concentration becomes low, the concentration of the fluid must be appropriately increased before adding it to increase the concentration of the original working fluid;
- Do not add water or original solution directly into the working fluid to avoid uneven concentration of the working fluid and affect the overall effect of the working fluid;
- The specific usage concentration and frequency of adding new working fluid will vary according to the on-site usage environment. Users should make adjustments based on their own actual conditions.
Storage and packaging
★ Store in a cool and ventilated place, away from sunlight and rain;
★ The shelf life is 18 months at room temperature and stored as general chemicals;
★ 15Kg/plastic barrel, 170Kg/iron barrel, 200Kg/iron barrel.
Health and Environment
This product does not contain carcinogens such as nitrite and highly toxic substances such as phenols. Does not contain mineral oil, which is more conducive to environmental protection.
